HalloRoos had a validated idea and the classic startup constraint: a runway measured in months and a product measured in slides. They needed working software, fast.
What I did
- Built the MVP end-to-end: product decisions, stack choice, code, deployment
- Kept scope brutal: everything that didn’t serve the first paying customer got cut
How it went
Concept to first customers in weeks. MVP work like this is why “quick deliveries” is on the front page: the fastest way to learn if a product works is to ship it.
