Jumbo Supermarkten needed an intranet to keep a fast-growing national grocery organization, head office to store floor, on the same page.
What I did
- Built the intranet on the Microsoft/SharePoint stack Jumbo ran at the time
- Translated the needs of very different audiences (HQ, logistics, store staff) into one usable platform
- Delivered inside a large-organization landscape of IT, security and communication stakeholders
How it went
Delivered and adopted. Retail organizations live or die by execution speed at the edges. An intranet that store staff actually read turns out to be real infrastructure.
